There was no lift, it was hard to carry the trolley upstairs.

The Hotel Promenada is a pretty clean and well decorated hotel with warm rooms.The location in the city center is quite good and easy to find. The reception office is open all night long.

The breakfast was only salty without any sweet pastries and the waitress was almost inpolite. Be careful when you want to pay, the price can be different than what you'd expected!

Amazing location - very close to the old ferry and the Kuronian Spit, but still in a peaceful area. the breakfast was top-notch, serving up some seriously delicious food 🍳.

I have stayed at the "promenada" on 8 occasions.I Find the location is ideal. Close to Main Train and Bus Stations.. 10 minutes walk. Then just a 5 minute walk and you are in h Manto street and a walk to the old town area is 15 minutes. The Mini bus # 8 or 9 , will stop outside the hotel and its 2.50Lts fare will take you to the main shopping area, the "akropolis" Super store. The Hotel is very clean, the staff are excellent and in the small but adequate restaurant they have a gourmet COOK.For me this is one of the best hotels to stay when visiting Klaipeda and I been been to many before finding the promenada.highly recommend it.

Rooms are wide, well equiped, walking distance from bus station, not too far from downtown, very calm and quiet. Your waiters very friendly.

Internet, but cabled, so impossible to surf from your bed : please, WiFi!!! Change the old tv to modern large LCD...Finally, please, build a sauna !!!

Some guests have reported slight noise disturbance due to the nearby railway station.

I really liked the neat room with cozy beds, that was a nice touch. Having a proper shower with a hairdryer and soft bath towels made things so much easier! 🛁

This hotel is good with spacy clean rooms. Located close to the railway station. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. Just a 20 minute walk from the centre of Klaipeda.

During night, sounds of the nearby railway might be annoying. The restaurant of the hotel is quite small, and other restaurants are not in the neighborhood.

Being within walking distance of the train and bus stations was super convenient. The staff's help in finding the best local restaurants was a big plus. The location allowed us to explore the city on foot and use the reliable Taxify app when needed. The spacious room was perfect for our family of four and the hotel's fantastic location made it easy to explore the city. Nestled in a pleasant residential area, the hotel offered a tranquil escape from the bustling center, while still being only a short distance away. The staff's warm welcome, the clean and spacious room with a beautiful view, and the excellent facilities made our stay a top-notch experience. This hotel is a jaw-dropping value and we wholeheartedly recommend it.

Major negative for me the smokey smell in the rooms. They need to be completely deodorized to get rid of the smell and ban smoking completely.
